Order Acceptance Policy; Limitations on Quantity

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order by Mad BJ nor does it constitute confirmation of Mad BJ’s offer to sell any products to you. Mad BJ reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline the order for any reason. Mad BJ reserves the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order) or to substitute out-of-stock or discontinued items with an item of similar or greater value. All orders placed over $250.00 (U.S.) are subject to pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department. Mad BJ may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title to items purchased from Mad BJ pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.

Sales Taxes

Mad BJ shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Minnesota. Each you shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Return Policy and Procedures

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it with the original packing receipt within 30 days of the order date. In order for you to receive a refund or credit all returned merchandise must be factory sealed and undamaged and sent postage pre-paid to Mad BJ at the address listed on the original shipping label. Mad BJ does not pay for postage on returns and your shipping charges are not refundable. The refund or store credit is for the original purchase price minus shipping fees.
